Ann's Legacy
Ann's Legacy
In 2000, Ann Jenson helped begin a small Thanksgiving gathering for members of the Loveland community at the Associated Veterans of Loveland facility in downtown. What started with approximately 50 guests grew year after year through the generosity of volunteers, individuals, businesses, donors, and neighbors.
Today, the Ann Jenson Memorial Community Thanksgiving Dinner continues that tradition by preparing and serving hundreds of free Thanksgiving meals every year.
It Takes a Community to Make Thanksgiving Happen
Every meal we serve is made possible by people who volunteer their time, businesses that donate food and supplies, and individuals who help financially support the dinner. However you choose to participate, you are helping continue a Loveland tradition that has brought neighbors together for more than 25 years.
